uit de Gustaviaanse periode is ontroerend van schoonheid.De schoonheid is haast ondefinieerbaar, see it,feel it and enjoy it.....Het is een samenspel van componenten die het totaalbeeld vervolmaken.
Het oude patina, 200 jaar doorleefd, verbleekt en toch met een krachtige uitstraling, de afwerking, het detail, de vormgeving. Het spelen met licht,vorm,verhouding en kleuren laat het functionele van Zweeds antiek samengaan met de emotie van de ontwerper en het resultaat mag er zijn. Zweeds antiek neemt haar plaats in het interieur duidelijk in, maar laat de ruimte ademen, het straalt ,zelfs bij een robuuste kast, bescheidenheid uit.Het is niet opdringerig en brutaal, maar bescheiden en sereen.
Zweeds Gustaviaans antiek staat momenteel meer en meer in de belangstelling.........originele stukken uit die tijd zijn kostbaar en terecht.
Ook in de jaren daarna zijn er prachtige Zweedse meubels en gebruiksvoorwerpen vervaardigd............al raakt hun schoonheid lang niet die van de Gustaviaanse periode.

Natuurlijk springt de markt erin......kopieert,zet een trend,maar schoonheid is niet na te maken , kan niet via een trend of marketingconcept neergezet worden.Gelukkig.
Anders wordt het een vluchtige keuze, een bevlieging ,een mee willen doen maar niet de kern van het verhaal raken. emotieloos wonen.

Jeanned'Arc living is zo'n nieuw concept.
De bladen zijn sfeervol en prikkelend...........de stijl spreekt aan.
Maar de artikelen zijn nep en in verhouding prijzig......dat ontkracht het hele Jeanne d'Arc marketingconcept.

Zweeds Gustaviaans antiek staat op eenzame hoogte en hopelijk blijft het daar............zodat het zorgvuldig en weloverwogen haar plek vindt in de hedendaagse interieurs.
Die door haar komst aan bescheidenheid, sereniteit, eenvoud en klasse zullen winnen, en vandaar uit schoonheid zullen oproepen,ondefinieerbaar maar vol kracht.

Swedish Gustavian antique is currently more and more gaining attention ......... originals from that time are expensive and that's no wonder. In later years there are beautiful Swedish furniture and utensils made ............though   their beauty touches by no means those of the Gustavian period.


Of course it jumps the market ...... copies, set a trend, but beauty is not to copy, beauty flourishes not by a trend or marketing concept. Thankfully.
Otherwise it is a volatile choice, a whim, a wish to participate but  not touching the core of the story,  detached housing.

Jeanned'Arc living is a new concept.
The magazines are attractive and stimulating ...........
The style appeals..........
But the items are fake and relative expensive ...... it invalidates the whole marketing concept Joan of Arc.

Swedish Gustavian antique stands alone and hopefully it will stay there ............ so that it carefully and deliberately takes its place in contemporary interiors.
Swedish antique in interiors  will contribute to gain humility, serenity, simplicity and class and from there will call beauty, indefinable but full strength.
